Working on MEB
Oh well, the MEB Manager heard that I will have to stick to the original plan for MEB. I was supposed to cancel the MEB test. We have to cut budget for MEB. Last Thurday I was briefed that progress is slow, but the MEB people are very cooperative.

I was supposed to be at the appointment but something came up, so now I have to write a document on ElecTrack. The reorganisation is only the first of three phases. Why this change of plans? This morning I attended a MEB appointment discussing the value-added applications. Sigh. The growth of the initiatives is decreasing. This week I was briefed that I will have to evolve the bleeding-edge channels. So they change it again.

A promotion will be in store for me.

For Iran, Iraq is a two-edged sword
Read it! Even before she landed in Moscow, US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was talking about Russian President-elect Dmitry Medvedev as someone she thought she could do business with.

'The Fog'
The Fog is a rather pleasant movie.
I think Tom Welling's performance is reasonably good. Rupert Wainwright did a decent job too.

'Two for the Money': okay
Last saturday Mart and I saw Two for the Money. My expectations were high, and it is fine.
The actors and the director did a reasonably enjoyable job.

'The Untold Story of Emmett Louis Till'
'The Untold Story of Emmett Louis Till' is absolutely god-awful, Mart and I saw a screening of the movie last saturday.
Worst movie I've seen in my life.

The plot involved the following: Never-before-seen testimony is included in this documentary on Emmett Louis Till, who, in 1955, was brutally murdered after he whistled at a white woman.

's performance is silly.
Don't waste any time or money on this.

Please feel free to leave a comment or two.

Now spinning: Elements Of Life
Now playing: 'Elements Of Life', the new Tiësto disc.
I'll have to investigate Tiësto further. I did appreciate Tiësto but it just wasn't my cup of tea.
This album really grows on you. There is a lot to discover.
I wanted the album, whether it has a hidden track or not.

Today
They called me very professional at work. I plan to work on the new InfoHaus. We've been running a pilot for some time now, and it will get official tomorrow. Why this change of plans?

I have to attend some seminar.

Today
Today at work my supervisor complemented me for my skillfull handling. I was supposed to reshedule for next Wednesday. Yesterday I attended a appointment discussing the granular e-markets. They are in debt in the millions. Rumours say that there will be layoffs. What's the deal now? I was supposed to keep working on the OnRouter project, so I was told by a colleague. OnRouter will be finished next week, so I was told.

Candidates' Iraq rhetoric may shift
According to Voice of America: McCain Visits Iraq, Clinton Promises to End War.

The US presidential contenders, no matter how steadfast their Iraq positions have been, may have to adjust once elected commander in chief, observers say.

Today at work
Today at work I received some positive feedback. We will have to enhance our web services for the TTI project. Anyway. The TTI account has become profitable.

I am getting a new office PC. I won't get a day off until next Monday.

Busy, busy...
Haven't blogged lately : I 've been actually busy all day. I know I haven't been around as often as I used too but I don't give up. No time to update this blog. It seems like finally coming up for air, I think, at least for a little while. Jet-laggy.

Anyway, want to comment on this topic?
