'Innocent Voices': a bad flick
Just saw Innocent Voices. Expectations were high since Luke told me the movie was phenomenal.

The plot involved the following: Set in the mid-1980s El Salvador, in the midst of the country's civil war, a young boy must decide between enlisting in the army or join up with guerrillas

Not a single compelling or interesting moment in the whole damn movie, but Carlos Padilla's performance is okay.
The lack of chemistry was appalling.

Dumb
Oh boy, this is so silly. In his continuing quest to destroy everyone's childhood memories of Star Wars, Lucas plans to... (spoilers).

BioShock EP
Last week I got Moby & Oscar The Punk's 'BioShock EP'. I've always been a great Moby & Oscar The Punk fan.

How do you feel about this? Please feel free to drop a comment or two.

At work
Today at work last week I attended a VTM workshop discussing the customized ROI. I am going to work on the new LBE VirtuMix.

At the movies
Luke and I went to see In Her Shoes. Enthralling movie.

The plot involved the following: Straight-laced Rose (Collette) breaks off relations with her party girl sister, Maggie (Diaz), over an indiscretion involving Rose's boyfriend. The chilly atmosphere is broken with the arrival of Ella (MacLaine), the grandmother neither sister knew existed.

Shirley MacLaine and Cameron Diaz are just stellar. The direction was gorgeous too.
I highly recommend it! I sat spell bound for the entire evening.

A reasonably enjoyable movie
I saw a screening of Innocent Voices (with Leonor Varela) last saturday.

Set in the mid-1980s El Salvador, in the midst of the country's civil war, a young boy must decide between enlisting in the army or join up with guerrillas

Luis Mandoki's direction was decent.
If you like this genre you should see 'Innocent Voices'.

Common
'Finding Forever', Common's new disc has been in and out of my playlist for a week or so now. Finding Forever is a nice rap album. I find myself playing it all the time. The more I listen to Common, the better it gets.

'The Curse of the Were-Rabbit starring Wallace & Gromit': an awful movie
Last night I saw 'The Curse of the Were-Rabbit starring Wallace & Gromit'. It was overrated.
The cinematography and the soundtrack are awful and director Steve Box did a terribly poor job.

Can't call it a waste of talent, because there's nobody in it who has any.The lack of chemistry was appalling.

Holy shit
Spiffy!
Violent crimes down. Urge to punch people in the face over standard TCP/IP still rising, however.

Interesting
Oh now, I found this interesting read on Tech Central Station.
Electoral shedding -- not a disease affecting poll workers, but a way John McCain could actually become president after an electoral-college tie.

Any comments?
